About the event
This is a 6-week course focusing on mainly strength and conditioning, using the techniques and elements of ballet. These classes are designed to tone and strengthen your whole body whilst improving balance and stability through a stronger core. All six classes will be low impact but please be prepared to work hard and find muscles you didn’t know you had.
