About the event
A full body, low impact workout. Focusing on strength, conditioning and flexibility.
Before I started Bfit I was a professional dancer, so I am super excited to be able to
bring my knowledge and experience to something a bit different for my Bfit family
and anyone that fancies giving it a go.
