Get ready for a spooktacular BFit Kids workout! 👻🎃
We’ll be swapping our usual exercises for Halloween-themed fitness games, challenges and plenty of tricks and treats. Expect monster moves, wicked workouts and fang-tastic fun — all while keeping active and building confidence.
Come dressed to impress because there’ll be a prize for the spookiest costume! 🏆👻
Costumes should still allow children to move and exercise safely.
