About These Sessions
At Bfit I run fitness classes with a difference... Every person who comes to my sessions is at a different stage in their fitness journey. They have different goals, different strengths and I promise as your trainer, I will never forget that! If it's your first time, please contact me, as your first class is FREE! My classes are for all abilities and everyone is made to feel welcome from the moment they arrive. I am not just running fitness classes, I am building a community- a safe place, where people can move and feel their happiest. What to expect... All classes are 45 minutes and based in and around canoe lake. One of the many benefits of training outside is that in never gets boring. We move around, change location and of course take in the beautiful beach views whilst we train. In the classes work on both strength and cardio. There are no scary weights and I ALWAYS offer alternate exercises and rep ranges to suit each level of fitness. This means everyone can take part without feeling out of their depth. Fitness should be fun! Not intimidating. FAQ - What happens if it's raining? Unless there is a health and safety issue, classes will run come rain or shine. - Is there lots of running? I always offer alternate exercises or shorter running routes for Bfitters who don't feel as confident running. - Is there a certain fitness level required to take part? NO!! All abilities are welcome and everyone is made to feel equal, whether you are a complete beginner or pro-athlete.
